What is Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery?
Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Fleischmann, Dr. Peretti, Dr. Sims manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Dr. Fleischmann, Dr. Peretti, Dr. Sims practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implants and wisdom teeth removal to corrective jaw surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our office can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.
We offer our patients Intravenous (IV) deep sedation and local anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
Surgical Staff
The Montana Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center has a team of experienced and surgically trained staff who assist in surgeries under different levels of IV sedation and local anesthesia. These surgical assistants are knowledgeable in administrative tasks, have a good understanding of health and dental insurance policies, and are certified in BLS CPR.
